Shipping Policy
At Junary, we want to make sure your products reach you safely, quickly, and with care. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping.
processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a tracking link once your package is on its way.
Shipping Options, costs & Delivery Times

Nationwide delivery R70 / Estimated delivery time once order has been processed, 1-3 business days / Free for orders of R1500 and up.

Free local pickup (Durbanville, Cape Town) on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am - 4pm.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delays
We work hard to deliver on time, but occasional delays may occur due to courier schedules, customs, or public holidays. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you updated.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@junary.co.za so we can resolve the issue quickly.
International Customers
Please note that Junary does not ship internationally at this stage, however you are more than welcome to reach out to us and see if we can come up with a custom solution for you.
