  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment options provided.

  • An order confirmation will be sent by email once your payment has been received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

 

Shipping

  • We aim to process and ship all orders within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been handed over to the courier.

 

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, feeding accessories and similar items cannot be returned once opened unless defective.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned goods.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
