Refund & return Policy

At Junary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

 

To request a return, please contact us at info@junary.co.za with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, certain items such as feeding accessories cannot be returned once opened unless defective.
